Litchi is a web application which provides both
a taxonomic checklist comparison and conflict-detection system and
an online synonymy and cross-map server.
Mule
Mule is a Dos program which

calculates Nei's (1973) H statistics for genetic diversity
(with and without correction for small sample size) and their standard errors,

calculates Nei's (1972) and Rogers' (1972) genetic distances,

tests for among-population differences in within-population diversity, and

tests for the deviation of genotype frequencies
from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.
Pest
Pest is a suite of programs for the estimation of population parameters
such as size, birth and death rates, etc.
from capture-recapture ("mark-release-recapture") data
using the methods of Fisher & Ford, Jolly and Manly & Parr.
