Mule

Mule

Mule is a Dos program which calculates Nei's (1973) H statistics for genetic diversity (with and without correction for small sample size) and their standard errors, tests for among-population differences in within-population diversity, and calculates Nei's (1972) and Rogers' (1972) genetic distances. If supplied with a data file containing the genotypes of individuals, it can also test for the deviation of genotype frequencies from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. This page is not about hybrids between horses and donkeys. Sorry. If you were looking for information about real live furry mules, try the British Mule Society, the American Donkey & Mule Society, or www.mules.com, or try your own search (which will amaze you as to how many web sites, like this one, have nothing to do with mules).
